The 2024 General Election turnout results are in, and we’re excited to reveal the community winners of the Bristol Bay Voter Turnout Contest! Quyana/Chin’an to our communities for getting out the vote!

**Prize money is awarded directly to the community’s school to support student programs and/or in the event a community does not have an open school, prize money will be given to the Tribe to support cultural programming. This contest does not in any way benefit individual voters for voting. This contest does not endorse and is not affiliated with any candidate(s) and is strictly a contest to encourage higher voter turnout in Bristol Bay communities.**

Kokhanok Village (Qarr’unaq) is a federally recognized tribe located in a small, remote community on the south shore of Iliamna Lake. Kokhanok is situated 22 miles south of Iliamna, 88 miles northeast of King Salmon, and approximately 200 air miles from Anchorage. Our village is nestled adjacent to the stunning Lake Iliamna and the expansive Katmai National Park.
