Good morning, and thank you for reaching out! This application is open to low-income, tribal residents who live in Kokhanok and are at least one installment payment in arrears on their utility services. If you're not a resident, please note that we will have a separate application available in 2025 for those who use different utility providers. We’ll be sure to share details when that application opens. Thank you for your understanding!
Those who don’t live in the village do we qualify for utility vouchers to? Or is it just for those who live in Kokhanok?
I am enrolled in Kokhanok, but do not live there. Do we qualify or is this only for locals who live there?
